Capital & Investment is the holding’s strategic axis: identifying opportunities, assessing businesses, allocating resources and building holdings capable of generating long-term value.
Corporate structure
The Group is structured through a holding company, T.F. FRANCO CAPITAL GROUP SGPS, LDA, together with operating companies and specialised brands. The structure is in the process of expanding and organising new holdings.

The Group is in a phase of consolidating and expanding its corporate structure. At this stage we choose not to communicate estimates or projections that are not formally consolidated and audited.
Transparency grows with the Group. As the consolidated structure evolves, relevant institutional and financial information will be made available through official channels.
